Project Based Service
Plain English CRM Solutions works together with our clients to determine the objectives for your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. Based on these objectives a project price is determined which includes all necessary work for a successful implementation including: business consulting, installation, customization, training, and support.
Daily/Hourly
Plain English CRM Solutions also offers our clients the option of purchasing blocks of time. The time can be used for onsite support, telephone support, email support, remote access, and can also be used for private or public training at our facility or yours. The daily rate is based on the number of days purchased.
Flat Rate Support Agreement
Our flat rate support agreement is for telephone and email support. Pricing is based on the number of GoldMine licenses and any user can contact us for assistance with GoldMine as often as necessary for no incremental cost. In addition to the telephone and email support clients on our Flat Rate Support Agreement receive a 20 percent discount on our daily rate for onsite consultation and also for our public training class as well as a 10 percent discount on FrontRange Solutions' suite of products.
Remote Per Incident Support
Remote Per-Incident Support is also available.
Training
As a GoldMine Authorized Training Center, we offer public and private training at our facility in Madison Heights, Michigan. Each student has his or her own computer. For more information on our public training please visit our web page here
